For educators planning to administer the KELPA Screener to students that have recently arrived in the United States, a new option to bypass the full KELPA Screener is now available. This “Pre-Screen” survey completed in Kite Educator Portal in just a few minutes helps determine if the student should complete the KELPA Screener or if they should bypass the screener and be enrolled in the ESOL program.
