Calling all KAP test coordinators and technology personnel! We are thrilled to announce several upcoming webinars designed specifically for test coordinators and technology staff. These webinars will cover relevant topics to help you successfully manage and administer assessments in your school or district.
Test Coordinator Webinars
District Test Coordinators (DTCs) and Building Test Coordinators (BTCs) can take advantage of monthly test coordinator webinars to help answer questions and provide additional information on topics relevant to the time of year. The live webinars are conducted via Zoom on the third Thursday of each month during the school year, except in March, when they will be conducted a week early to avoid spring break. For example, coordinators can expect to learn more about instructional mini-tests in August and September, while topics in February and March will focus heavily on KELPA and summative prep.
Webinar Dates and Information
The next test coordinator webinar is scheduled for today, August 20, beginning at 1:00 PM. A video recording of the webinar and a PDF of the slides used will be posted several days following each webinar. Kite® Technology Webinar Series
Staff members from Assessment & Technology Solutions (ATS) will offer three opportunities for technology coordinators and IT personnel to attend a webinar dedicated to the management and implementation of the Kite Suite at the district or building level. Topics include Kite Student Portal client installation, updates to required whitelisting, and a review of potential issues and their solutions.

There will be three options to attend the Kite Technology webinar in 2024. Each Zoom session will review the same topics and will include a Q&A session to ask more specific questions.
