It is the responsibility of the test coordinator to ensure that all students and rosters have been created and added in Educator Portal prior to testing. If you do not see students listed in Educator Portal, please contact your test coordinator or the person responsible for managing student and roster records.
If you are a test administrator and no rosters appear under your account, ask your test coordinator to verify that your Educator Portal account information is correct and matches your TASC record. The test coordinator can then resubmit the TASC record with the corrected information to generate rosters.
If a TEST record is submitted, the student will not receive roster assignments as rosters are not used for the summative assessment. Please contact Kite Support if you have questions on this process.
