The KITE® Service Desk will be hosting KITE Launch Days, September 19–30, to help technology directors and test coordinators prepare districts for 2016–17 testing. The KITE Service Desk will be available for focused support to help get ready for testing. Participation in KITE Launch Days is not required, but we highly encourage getting ready now.
In addition to our regular KITE Service Desk contact number (1-855-277-9751), we will open a conference line for speedy assistance. The KITE Open Forum! (1-877-278-8686, PIN: 233244) conference line will be available Monday–Wednesday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., each week between September 19 and 30.
